Well, we've shown you the quilt and the bench, and we're here today with the repurposed mirror.
I was shopping at Goodwill several weeks ago when I noticed this huge, heavy mirror. I thought to myself that it would make a nice chalkboard but was still in the process of justifying it when an employee went out of his way to help me get it down. I pretty much had to buy it. And I'm so glad I did.

Marshall took the back off of the frame and took the mirror out. |
Marshall reattached the back to the frame. |
I conditioned the chalkboard and then wiped it down with a paper towel. |
Now it serves as our menu! |
Since we took the mirror out, there is even a space for the chalk. Love it! |
